One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching is about you, the client, and is customized to best support you toward your desires, goals and dreams. It involves weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions conducted via telephone. This allows for maximum use of your time and provides for access from anywhere in the world. So, there are no excuses!
Monthly format options include: 2 – 45 minute sessions per month3 – 30 minute sessions per month. In addition to your scheduled sessions, you also have unlimited support between sessions by phone and email as needed. Ready to get started?

Group Coaching
Group Coaching allows you to experience the value and results of coaching, while connecting with other like-minded individuals and growing from the group synergy. Organized around common goals, the groups are designed to maximize the combined energy of the individuals to allow for individual success.
Group Coaching provides for a shared coaching experience. The time, frequency, and duration of group coaching sessions depend on the specific group coaching program. The sessions are conducted via telephone allowing for maximum use of your time and providing for access from anywhere in the world.
